Terms of Service

General:> Price Listed are for personal use only, meaning non-commercial!
> I have the right to decline a commission for any reason and I do not need disclose the reason.
> I will draw a chibi character for you with my art style. Please do mind for the inconsistent style of mine when working on your commissions.
> For additional background, I will only draw plain BG like dots, stripes, patterns, etc. NO complicated BG.
> Canvas or paper size will be 4000px X 4000px with 300 dpi.
> Asset/character image for animation must be provided by client or you can commission me.
> I will email the final piece in JPEG or PNG format for the chibi art commission, and in mp4 format for the animation commission.
 
Commission Right:> You must not edit, trace, distribute, modify, or claim/credit the commissioned artwork as your own.
> You must not edit, trace, distribute, or modify the commissioned artwork as other type of media (example: screenshot animation part to a sticker).
> I retain the right to publish any finished/unfinished commissioned artwork. Please DM me if you prefer me not to publish it for a period of time.
> All preparation materials, visuals and sketches, including all electronics files used to create the project remain the property of arudyvanz.
> Commission for commercial and contest purpose have different type of price, so do contact me first about this!
 
Revision:> Big change only accepted during the sketch / rough animate stage. After sketching (line art, coloring, etc.) I will not accept any heavy/big change in the commission work.
> There are only 2 chances for revision at any stage of work in progress, for the 3rd and the rest of the revision will get an extra charge depending on the difficulty of the revision.
 
Work In Progress:> Every commission will take around 2 - 6 days or more depending on your commission. But if you have any deadline please inform me!
> Please send clear detail, description, pose, or even a reference photo/video.
> You can check the updates about the commission through Trello (click the status button on this page to go to my Trello).
 
Payment:> Payment via CIMB Niaga for Local and Paypal for International.
> I will start working after receiving your full or partial (50%-50%) payment (50% before sketching, the other 50% before finishing final render).
> If you haven't paid in 10 days after a form is sent, the commission will be canceled.
> Partial refund will happen if I may not be able to do your commission after I was already paid.
> All payments are NON-refundable after the work has finished.
